Some sites, like CMS, use pop-up windows. Those sites may not work correctly if you have blocked pop-ups using your Web browser, a browser toolbar, or another Internet security tool.

The instructions below will assist you in allowing pop-up windows from a particular site only, if possible. The CMS site, calclerkofcourt.com, is used as an example.

If you are using Internet Explorer:

1. Go to the Tools menu.
2. Select Pop-up Blocker. (If this isn't listed, you have a third-party pop-up blocker. See below.)
3. Click Pop-up Blocker Settings.
4. In the Pop-up Blocker Settings window, type search.calclerkofcourt.com as the "Address of Web site to allow" and click the Add button.
5. Close the Pop-up Blocker Settings window and all Internet Explorer windows.

When you reopen Internet Explorer, you should be able to access the CMS site without receiving an error message. If not, you may have a third-party tool blocking pop-ups.

If you are using Firefox:

1. On Windows, open the Options dialog under the Tools menu. On Macintosh, open the Preferences dialog under the Firefox menu.
2. Click the Web Features icon on the left.
3. Here you should see a checkmark next to the option to block pop-up windows. Click the Allowed Sites button to the right of it.
4. Type search.calclerkofcourt.com as the "address of web site," then click the Allow button
5. Click OK in the Allowed Sites screen, then click OK again for the Options/Preferences screen.

If you are still not able to access the CMS site without receiving an error message, you may have a third-party tool blocking pop-ups.

If you are using Mozilla:

1. Open the Preferences dialog under the browsers Edit menu.
2. Scroll down to the Privacy & Security Category in the left column and expand it by clicking on the arrow.
3. Click on the Pop-up Windows topic.
4. Here you should see the an option selected to block unrequested pop-up windows.
5. Click the Allowed Sites button to the right of it.
6. In the Add field, add search.calclerkofcourt.com, and click the Add button.
7. Click OK in the Allowed Sites screen, then click OK again for the Preferences screen.

If you are still not able to access the CMS site without receiving an error message, you may have a third-party tool blocking pop-ups.

If you are using Safari:

1. Open the Safari menu.
2. Here you should see the Block Pop-up Windows option checked. Click to uncheck.

If the option was not checked, or if you are still not able to access the CMS site without receiving an error message, you may have a third-party tool blocking pop-ups.

There are many third-party pop-up blockers that could be affecting your ability to use CMS. The basic steps are:

1. Determine what pop-up blocker you are using
2. Find its list of allowed sites and add search.calclerkofcourt.com.
