  1. When will the change over take place?
  2. What will happen to my current Imaging account if I do not respond?
  3. I have a Government Account how does this affect me?
  4. I have a Government Account and have not received anything what do I need to do?
  5. How do I know if I am eligible to be Grandfathered in?

The new site will be in place on or about July 28, 2009.
 
Customers that do not respond will be switched over to set up a new account on July 28, 2009 the next time they sign on.
 
All Government users must submit a new form. The new services offer more than before and more details are required to set you up. Please contact the office if you have not received a form via email.

Only subscribers with open Imaging accounts in good standing may be Grandfathered in.
 
Customers eligible to be Grandfathered in may send a fax or letter to the Clerk of Court attn: Stephanie Kyle with their user name and account number with a statement agreeing to continue to pay $100.00 per month for access. Also please indicate if you prefer to pay online or be billed through the mail.
 
Send a letter or fax to the office attention IT Department with your user name stating you wish to cancel your account. Fax number is 337-437-3350.

No, you must choose to renew the next time you log on after the time expires.
 
No there is no form, the setup is all online.
 
No, users must select from one of the subscription rates posted on the website.
 
We no longer offer the ability to look at the information for free. Customers may choose from the options listed in the grid which offers the ability to view the information as well as the documents. You are gaining the ability to view the documents and now have the option to print at a minimal fee.
 
No you do not need to put money in the PrePaid image account until you are ready to print.
 
You can print it to a PDF creator. This would enable you to save the file. However, you would be printing the document so you would still be charged the per page fee.
 
Charges are per page, if you print multiple copies you will be charged for each copy you print.
 
We offer different rates to better suit your individual needs.
 
There are no discounts if one company has multiple accounts.
 
We do not currently charge a set-up fee.
 
The payment services are through PayPal. You can open a PayPal account tied to your checking account and pay that way or use a Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
 
No PayPal is our merchant service provider but you do not need a PayPal account to pay.
 
Yes you will be given the option at time of check out.
 
American Express is not accepted; only Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
