When creating your Civil account, your password must be made using lower case letters and numbers only. If you made your account with symbols or capitalization, you can call our IT Department at 337-437-3558 x185 for assistance in resetting your password.
If you receive a runtime error after logging in to the Civil Case Search, please call our IT Department at 337-437-3558 x185 and we will assist you in correcting this issue.
If you receive an error stating that your session has timed out immediately upon logging in, you will need to delete your cookies and clear your internet cache. Information on clearing your cache can be found by Clicking Here.
When viewing the Index/Criminal Search, if you are looking for Criminal information and cannot view details for results, there is a drop down menu in the upper left corner of the page to toggle between the Index and Criminal Records.
