We are currently working to resolve an issue preventing images from loading consistently within the Civil Search. If you click to view an image and receive a notice that the PDF Image Failed to load or similar, you will need to attempt viewing the image with different Web Browsers. If you are unable to view the image before purchasing, you will not be able to view the image after purchasing, so please attempt opening the image in different browsers before purchasing.
When creating your Civil account, your password must be made using lower case letters and numbers only. If you made your account with symbols or capitalization, you can call our IT Department at 337-437-3558 x185 or 337-437-3558 x106 for assistance in resetting your password.
If you receive an error stating that your session has timed out immediately upon logging in: First, confirm that your password meets the above criteria (No capitalization or symbols). Afterwards, confirm that your pop-up blocker has the required exception. If yes to both, you may need to delete your cookies and clear your internet cache.
